Senior Consultant

What you bring to the table

• A master’s degree in a scientific field (life sciences, biomedical, bioengineering or related), combined with business experience or an MBA.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, R&D, commercial or supply chain roles — within a corporate environment or a consulting firm.
• A strong professional network that you can leverage for business development and stakeholder engagement.
• The ability to conduct market analyses, develop strategies and business plans – and deliver tangible results.
• A solid understanding of hypothesis-driven case structuring and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams.
• Outstanding networking and presentation skills – with the confidence to lead discussions and present to diverse audiences.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior consultants and leading project teams.
